USMC Hyfin Chest Seal Combo pack

The USMC HyFin® Chest Seal Combo Pack is a versatile kit for the treatment of both entry/exit or multiple penetrating injuries to the chest. Each combo pack contains one (1) HyFin® Occlusive Chest Seal and one (1) HyFin® Vent Chest Seal with 3-channel pressure relief vents all packaged in a convenient clear resealable storage pouch. Both seals feature enhanced adhesive technology for a superior seal in the most adverse conditions, including sweaty or hairy casualties. In addition, their transparent backing facilitates placement directly over the wound and easily conforms to the casualty’s chest. The large, easily-visible red elliptical tabs allow for single step peel-and-apply application and can also facilitate the burping of a wound if necessary.
