Life Safety Replacement Guarantee
Did you know that J5 Rescue Supply offers free replacement of certain life safety products? These products include: plate carriers, body armor, tourniquets, pressure dressings, and chest seals. If you see this logo when you are browsing our products, it means that product is eligible for free replacement.
If any of these items are damaged while preserving life, we will replace them at no cost to you. In all cases we require a police report documenting the event or an incident report if this occurred while in the line of duty. All cases require proof of purchase from J5 Rescue Supply LLC. This can be in the form of a receipt or paid invoice. The police report must come from a U.S. based police agency. Please read this entire page to ensure that you qualify for the Life Safety Replace Guarantee.
- Applies to purchasers located within the United States
- Any civilian/bystander that purchased and used equipment to save a life.
- First Responders who purchased equipment for duty use.
Entities that bill for their service or have a budget for listed equipment do not qualify. Business qualification will be determined on a case by case basis. Typically small-businesses are covered and large businesses/corporations do not qualify.
- Local Government Agencies (municipalities and counties)
- Federal Government Agencies
- Fire Protection Districts
- Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
- Private EMS
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- NFPs or NGOs that provide emergency medical care or surgical operations support to war torn countries
- Businesses whom are mandated to provide listed equipment
- Equipment that was purchased for treating combat casualties
What Equipment Qualfies?
All models oAbility to make a claim expires 5 years past purchase date (listed on receipt)ed to be of equal or greater value.

- Pictures of front and back of plate carrier.

All body armor carried by J5 Rescue Supply qualifies. Body armor will be replaced with exact model if available. If unavailable customer will be consulted.

- Pictures of front and back of each plate claiming
- Pictures of the label and Serial Number of each plate.

We will replace any CoTCCC recommended tourniquet that J5 Rescue Supply carries.
