Our 3″x9″ Laser cut Patch is made from high quality, USA Made laminate nylon, offering the most durable patch with a clean look. These patches can be used for ID marking on plate carriers, or ballistic shields. We offer standard colors or reflective options for easy identification. These patches are a great option for law enforcement, tactical teams, Fire & EMS agencies, Search & Rescue, Range Safety Officers, and Training Cadre.

Some Features:

• Material – Laser-cut laminate nylon for long wear in extreme environments.
• Dimensions – 3″ tall x 9″ wide, which fits well on most plate carriers or ballistic shields
• Text – Choose from pre-selected identifiers (POLICE, FIRE, MEDIC, etc.) or select fully customized text with one or two lines of text.
• Lettering & Visability – Choose from direct standard colors, reflective lettering, or prismatic/honeycomb reflective lettering
• Backing – Sewn on Hook Backing

Laser Cut Patches Reflective Options

We offer two different reflective options

• Super Engineer Grade (SEG) Type 2: This is an air backed prismatic film which is why it has the most vivid colors.
  • Candelas: 360
  • Life Span: 10 Years

• High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Type 4: Super Engineer Grade is a super bright material that is denoted by a star watermark in the film.
  • Candelas: 135
  • Life Span: 12 Years

Font options for laser cut patches are limited to Stencil style fonts. This is essential to maintaining the integrity and readability of the letters.
